Foundation Documents

We at Schlueter Breman believe everyone over the age of 18 should have Foundation Documents. These documents provide for who takes care of your physical and financial life if you are incapacitated and what happens when you pass away.

If you do not make these decisions for when these events occur, the Courts and the State will do it for you through processes that take more time, can be more expensive and may not be what you really want.

The preparation of your Foundation Documents may include documents such as:

  • Durable Powers of Attorney

  • Healthcare Representative Powers of Attorney

  • Living Wills

  • Last Will and Testaments

  • Revocable Trusts

We will take the time to go through your individual situation, talk through your options with you and draft documents for your review prior to the finalization of your plan, which is customized to your specific family situation. We want to work with your family to preserve and protect your family legacy.

We would love the opportunity to talk with you about how we can help you prepare for some of the most difficult transitions a family can face.
